Delivery executive Saran sundar didn't come to the location and cancelled the order saying I didn't come to collect the food at gate. Support team is also supporting him and not refunding the amount. Worst experience with zomato while other delivery app persons are good and polite. Executive also said they will not come to doorstep in independent houses and cancelled the order. He didn't even come to the gate. Is there a rule like that?? Lost 800 rs on this. Very rude and bad behaviour. Don't opt for Zomato.. support team is also very poor in responding.

I placed food order which has been cancelled by Zomato on the plea that the delivery destination is more than 15 km. They refused refund on the plea that the food has already been prepared. They also Said that they will verify the address at the time of delivery. I have incurred the loss of Rs.610

I was cheated by Zomato many times while ordering from A2B, Rathna cafe, BurgerKing etc. This time we ordered in A2B but A2B special mealscwas not delivered. ZOMATO does not bother to solve it

I am Zomato Delivery Partner in Chennai , Urapakkam zone. I have payment issue. Our zone T.L Mr. Ranjith never attended the call.....when I contact him he says Everything is system....i don't do nothing.....Pl change Mr Ranjith from our Urapakkam zone.

Even though the order was changed and delivered, i called up the restaurant for replacement, they did deliver it as restaurant made a mistake. Zomoto was no help, they rejected my request and failed for a refund. For the past 3 order, zomoto app delivery time, location are fault and no response even for mail. Inspite of ordering from zomoto app, The restaurant did a good job to replace and solve the issue.

Yesterday we had terrible experience with Zomato..We have been ordering from them earlier and never faced such an issue .The food from Ovenstory was not delivered .On calling the delivery partner he kept repeating that he had called and we didn't answer . On top of it ovenstory cancelled the order without telling us. Now , if they can't get us on phone ( everybody knows phone connections are bad in Chennai ) couldn't he read the address ask someone and come ? This for delivering just a km away .In the past most delivery agents have come directly to our apt without calling.Would we order again from Zomato or InIvenstory ? will think 100 times ...And my suggestion if you order be prepared your food may not be delivered
