Good property if you're looking for a short term accomodation(1-3 months) in MWC. Rent charged is reasonable for the property location and furnishings they provide. But, they are looting us in the name of commercial electricity charges at 8.5Rs per unit + mandatory charges. Unless zolo removes this stupid rule, no one will be staying here beyond a few months. Any maintenance or service issue will take quite a lot of time to be addressed.

Pg is good .. maintainance is okay ... but the thing is there is no privacy .. I took a single sharing room and one aunty came and she will keep on talking with her relatives 247 .. I just told her, please go in to balcony and talk , she will not listen and moreover she and her daughter came to scold me telling I am aggressive ... I even gave proof to the maintainer .. but no action is taken .. bcaz of them I got depressed and left the place ... we people take single rooms paying double amount so that we can peace fully work ... food they are not providing while I am there .. I used to take from out side .. should have shown atleast some humanity

Everyone who wants to move in at Pristine Pavilion with zolo, Check for every damage /scratches on the equipment and furniture they provide and take photos at that time. The caretaker Yuvraj may seems nice guy but he usually raise the complain against you after you vacate the place and impose penalties for property damages in final settlement which will eat up your deposit. Even if he doesn't have proof against you "zolo" will only listen to property manager and caretaker. The images for room may seems shiny to you but reality is totally different, please find some images below showing quality and damages of equipment and furniture. May be after this review they change but hope you don't fall for trap.

Community is best. Don't get into ZOLO. Not worth the money. Ambience is great but the service provided by ZOLO is far below the standards. Thinking to come? Then get a flat here for rent.

Super climate in rainy season, let me come to point it better stay for 1 month Max, after it you run out this zolo ,horrible experience

This place has everything to offer if you working in Mahindra city , everything is available in the package. Only thing lacks is the market which is far from the location.

The place is not well maintained. The furniture they provide you with the rooms ar almost broken. And when these furniture break they charge very high amount from you. For a preexisting scratch on sofa they have charged 1500. Zolo launders money in other ways too. They charge an exit fee of 2k, booking fee of 1k, agreement fee of 1.5k and the electricity bill is too high be ready to spend 2k for electricity bill alone every month and they don't give you the electricity bill. The rent is 7k per month for a 2 sharing flat but be ready to spend 10k for it as they take money for electric bill and repairs. And the security guards and zolo care taker will talk rudely if you are an outsider.

Good rooms with a lot of open spaces in the vicinity. Reasonable rent. Good facilities. Feels like home.
