The place is decent because other Zolos in the vicinity are way worse or way more expensive. Pros: Rooms are big enough for 1-2 persons. The staff is good. They have table tennis table and rackets here. Cons: We stayed for a month there. We were not informed that you have to apply for notice of leaving one month prior. They'll not tell you that, so they can make more money. We lost 3k because of that. They cut min 1.9k from deposit, so that's also gone without any fault of yours. The electricity goes and takes time to come. Their generator also stops working sometimes. Lift doesn't work on generator electricity. Tickets take too much time and follow up to get resolved. You have to be on their behinds all the time. We had multiple issues like AC not working, remote not working, no door mat, our door knob was broken, and our amount got deducted but notice didn't start. For every issue, we had to repetitively ask the manager and the staff and keep looking at tickets for resolution.

Amazing property to stay in near to Huda City centre. Just right next ultrex.

I have been living in Zolo melange for almost a year. It was a wonderful experience staying on the property till this time. They are providing Housekeeping services and other amenities like wifi, and dedicated staff on the property for attending the customer issues and queries.

Infrastructure is good, rooms are well maintained and ventilated (balcony ones) but the service experience, resolution and service recovery for electricity, water and wifi is very very poor. Personally, I have spent 7 months already and very recently we've lived for a week without electricity backup, water and wifi separately. The caretakers are nice but whenever it comes to resolving such issues, they don't have power. I won't recommend you living here if you want a peaceful life in Gurgaon.

Hathi ke daant dikhane ke kuch, khaane ke kuch. At the time of admission they would pretentiously show that the property is best suitable for you, but eventually you would get to know, you are paying thousands just for that uncomfortable bed and ill-maintained washroom. Lift doesn't work on most days and when it does then it would take super long to reach from Ground floor to even 1st floor. Kitchen utensils they provide aren't kept clean. And also the most funny yet scary part, everyday you would recieve a notification the room has been cleaned whereas you never gave them the key to clean your room. So how did the cleaning staff entered the room? And when you reach back to your room you can see the room has not been cleaned but you already gave them 5 star in the afternoon when you got the notification. Staff members won't give response to you even if you smile and greet them. In total the experience at Zolo Melange was pathetic. There are a lot many hidden charges which neither of the staff members would inform you about. Keep a check on the meter reading, ALWAYS!

Worst experience! You will have to rant weeks for basic amenities like water, electricity and WiFi. All they care is, if you are paying heavy room rent on time.

Its a quite good place in terms of ambience. Good caretaker. I searched for almost more than 12 pgs in gurgaon, but found a better one. 1. Spacious 2. Location near market 3. Hospitality is way better in comparision with other pgs
