Cannot even begin to explain how much I love this place. The staff is so courteous. The place is warm. My masseuse was so soft-spoken, that the energy in the massage surprised me wonderfully. The place is well maintained and the service is lovely. The tea they give at the end of a service is rejuvenating. They even had a surprise for me as I was getting married in three days. This place was recommended by a friend and I will recommend it to anyone who wants to be pampered.
Not at all professional. I opted for a deep tissue massage for an hour and the therapist was looking to clock all the time to see when the session gets over and no relief for the pain. When i reported this to front desk no action was taken and said we will serve better next time. The standard is continuously deteriorating. I will not recommed this spa to anyone.
