Very slow service. I have a Tiffa scan
They called us to come at 10 am. We're present before the appointment time.
The doctor is coming at 11.30am. and allows late coming 1st for scanning.
They make us wait for almost 2.30 hours.
Terrific service.
Doctors for consultation are good.
However, I won't recommend for scanning here.
They have 1 scan room and allotted 100s of patients in 1 day.
Patient management system is very poor.
I had given 5 stars before.
But after this service I don't even like to give 1 star.
A really good and easy and process and experience. I have took treatment with Dr. Rahul garu. He is very professional and explains every detail clearly. The entire team is very quick and respectful. Will suggest for sure for their prompt services
I have taken an Appointment of Rahul Gandhi at 11am today and was on time but I they are not sending in order and they staff in second floor made me wait for 30 mins and then after all others done they have sent my wife. i don't know what is the point of taking appointment with a doctor when no procedure is followed. ZOI being a corporate hospital should follow certain things and address the patients. it is showing that we have to go inside and staff sent next patients inside for which I have to wait. Please address it on priority. We have been visiting joi somajiguda for multiple time but never experienced this kind of behaviour. These people are rude.
The doctor and management are very helpful, along with this Dr. Nazia is very experienced, she listens to you carefully and clarifies all your concerns.
But due to lack of 2 wheeler parking facility, face a lot of problem and park the vehicle on the road side if space is available.

Worst experience they made me to wait for 2hrs for ultrasound bcoz they have only 1 sonographer for 2 blocks, first he will complete one block and then come to another patients are waiting for hrs.

Today at midnight around 3.45 Am I went to ZOI Hospital Emergency ward due to sever pain of my right leg Toe..In Emergency Ward The ER Physician is very careless with the patient and he was sitting in his chair itself and asking patient whats ur problem.He didnt even come to patient first and ask the patient feom which problem he is suffering from.And Mainly The ER Nurse is very rash to the patient and shouting on patient.. overall I lost Hopes on Zoi Emergency.. very bad behaviour by Nurses and ER Physician..
I have admitted my grand mother to this hospital in an emergency situation and Iam very much satisfied with the care and treatment they have provided.all the doctors, nurses and staff here are very friendly and caring. Treatment here is exceptional
