I went there considering its in sayaji hotel so it must be good, but the room was quite dingy. The therapist was coughing all the time and did not have mask on. I wouldn't go there again.
Excellent service at Zivaya spa, Sayaji. I've been a regular at the other outlet but this is exceptionally well done and maintained. Tete was a great masseuse who asked for the appropriate pressure and if i was comfortable. Overall a great experience. Must visit.
Very poor standard of hygiene. Towels were dirty. Smelling bad. No matter which massage you choose, they only know two- less pressure, hard pressure . Its really funny that a hotel like Sayaji has such dirty place inside.
Deepa was very helpful to book on short notice and was very flexible with my requirements, Linda did a fantastic job, definitely visiting again, once of the best massages I've ever experienced.

This is one of the worst spa in indore. The staff here is the worst staff you will ever see. The massage is below average and the behaviour of staff is worst. I have been asking them for the bill and they were not able to provide the bill or any receipt till today and its been more than a month.
One of the best massages I have ever had! You can tell right away staff is very knowledgeable and experienced in his field. Also a very kind and nice person to have met. I highly recommend.
