Zivame( Westend Mall, Pune) - Lingerie store in Pune - Pune, India

This review is for the top management of Zivame . Concerning the sales staff behaviour in westend mall Pune. While purchasing the underskirt shapewear from the store , I was quoted 1999 for two underskirt and offered a loungewear pants as free item along with the purchase. The three shady things these girls did to make me check the price online were 1. No price tags on the products 2. Was told the products are not discounted even after i pointed out the big sign at the entrance saying "flat 60% off" 3. Scanning the price tag of other item to bill me rs.1999 . Fortunately I checked online while one of the sales girl was "busy on the call" and I saw the entire section was on sale and the total cost of my purchase was prised less than rs.1000. To the senior management- when I asked about the discrepancy in the online and offline price , I was told Zivame price them differently online and offline . Discount differently online and offline . When I asked for the product code to check the product online, I was told it's unauthorised by Zivame. When I asked I would like to click picture of the product tag to search product online, I was told it's not authorised. It is such a SHAME ! I felt cheated when I found out that I was being charged 100%more in the name of online offline rules .. I will be writing to the CC team and would like to understand if I am at fault and is missing something or this is a gross display of unprofessionalism by the sales staff. FYI the incident happened Around 6:30pm on 11th September( to help you identify the sales girls at that store at that time )

Perfect place for Bra Shopping.They have wide variety of Bra. Service is awesome. They suggest bra as per Need. Help with proper size selection. 5 star for service but not for product quality. But disappointed with the quality of product. One of my bra's belt broken in first use. They have exchanged the product.

They did not the product my wife required. Always saying out of stock. This is not about the store but the company which makes these products. If they cannot supply then they should not introduce something like this.

Zivame is the best brand for inner wear.. much better than Jockey... The products are expensive but totally worth it... You get your perfect size clothes with many options in colours, types... Love it... I highly recommend it

Total Fraud store. They aren't ready to take product return and encash by issuing coins giving covid reasons. But ready for exchange which doesn't make sense . Total fraud store. If you are smart enough you shouldn't go. The terms and conditions also mention of issuing credit notes which is also denied by the store incharge. Customer care only resolves online issues not zivame store related issues. I have tried contacting but nothing worked. So overall it's worthless. If you are ready to issue me coins so that I can redeem it at any zivame store or refund. I'm ready to exchange the product. Its still in packed piece.
