The staff is very rude plus they have mentioned in the bill that the return/exchange would be accomodated within 90 days but they refuse to do so.Ladies please make sure to try every product as staffs here very smartly provided defective provided in the name of saying that its the same size so would fit the same but its not the case. And when we reach there to complain staffs tries to hide themselves. Also they are very unprofessional.

Ziwame bra quality is good but I didn't like the store attendant. She was extremely rude and didn't help at all. First of all she refused to take my return order that I ordered via app stating it's ziwame store policy when it's clearly stated on app you can return in store Also she was really rude did not help with my purchase at all.

Visited the store to buy an shapewear when purchased they gave me an piece with no label or tag which was kept for trail on the rack also with no proper packing even after the purchase when asked for the same the staff started stating that this is the way the products are packed and etc etc but didn't give any kind of solution but rather handed me the product in a already torn plastic bag .very disappointed and it's a very bad experience. The staff was very rude at the point of billing and refused to give a packed piece

I visited the Pavillion Zivame store for my mother. She was looking for a perfect bra from a very long time. She use to go for the local bras & couldn't find her perfect size and it was quite uncomfortable for her. She tried Zivame lingerie for the very first time and she loved it. Zivame lingerie is really very good, very comfortable and special thanks to their staff member Dolly Sharma who has fullfilled all the requirements of what my mother was looking for. She was extremely helpful. My mother is very happy with her purchase & she is definitely going to buy from Zivame in future.

Zivame is the one brand I love and I am loyal to this brand ever since my first bra .Their staff is extremely helpful. They have amazing deals and promotions . Their sports bras are very very good and supportive and most importantly they have both front and back opening options . For all the guys out there looking to gift their significant other something this is the best place in India to get it at.

Good afternoon all. My review today is for this lingerie stores ZIVAME. I irregularly but regularly buy lingeries, including my night suits, from them. And I must say I'm VERY happy with their products, their service, their repeated promotions. Et al. I recently bought 3 pairs of cotton night suits from them. They are SO comfortable for our climate in Mumbai. A small suggestion though: I'm an average height woman, 5'3". I find the pyjamas are a tad shorter in length and you can also improve a little with your fabric quality. Once washed, the lustre is totally vanished. I do understand they are cotton based, but a little improvement will go a long way in positively sure. Just a suggestion. Thank you for being cooperative. Mrs. Kahera Sayed, Bandra West, Mumbai.
