Had a really nice experience shopping at the Rajouri Garden store. The staff Nancy and Sunita were really helpful and provided full support.
Good but staff is careless, They offer discounts as per their convenience..They don't provide same discount to everyone
The store is selling at a higher price basically cheating customers. After contacting customer care I got to know that they only deal with online shopping queries not the store related queries. Basically there is no one who has answers regarding the price discrepancy between the website and store... Highly unprofessional, unethical practice... No one has the answer about it .. whether you call the customer care number or write a mail the response is same... I would not recommend anyone to purchase anything from store... Better to buy online.... Really annoying experience..

Staff is not supportive, at all, I got the opportunity to interact with two staff members one was good her name is shifali, but other staff named payal was not polite at all. She laughed at us while we were trying with outside staff. Also, didn't guide us well with products. She made us feel unwanted at the store. When I gave her the suggestion that she should not behave like this. She said there is a way to give feedback write there.
It was great dealing with the store manager Priyanka here. She is extremely good at her job. She offered valuable advice and made shopping at Zivame Rajouri a great experience. Kudos to her!
