So... To start off with Ziva Suites gave me and my family a very comfortable stay. Right from the Security at the gate to the Reception and the House Keeping staff were all Welcoming with a smile on their face. What else do you need after a long journey from another State. We felt very much Welcomed. The in-room dining had a quick service with minimal wait time. Food was tasty and had options of Local Cuisine as well as Mughlai, Chinese, Continental & Italian... Rooms are Very Hygienic and Clean with all amenities. Nothing to complain about. We really had a pleasurable stay here and would definitely look forward to staying again at Ziva Suites on our next visit...

Overall a good experience of our stay at this place..with mix of pros and cons. We stayed here for 2 nights and 3 days. Hoping the management takes care of the some of the cons to make it more comfortable for guests Pros - well managed supportive staff and service within limited staff, silent place, not crowded, appreciated the way the details were shared over WhatsApp soon after checkin which avoids multiple calls to reception, live music on weekends Cons - furniture especially cupboards needs a change, increase support staff atleast in peak season, breakfast menu can be bit better, connectivity is slight problem if u rely on cabs.
One of the most enjoyable stays in Goa. The rooms were clean, the staff was incredibly polite and friendly, and the food was absolutely delicious. Additionally, the location was wonderfully peaceful. I adored every aspect of my experience at Ziva Suites. I would wholeheartedly recommend it and plan to revisit in the future. Ziva suites is one of the best properties to stay in north Goa if you are desirous if luxurious stay close to the beach!! and I have reasons for that. 1. Though being more than 15 years old ,the building seems newly made. 2.The rooms are spacious and all of them have balconies. 3. We stayed in presidential plus suite and it's really beautiful with a living room,bed room,a private Zacuzzi room,balconies and a huge green sit out having a forest view and all are nicely kept neat and clean. 4. The service is marvellous including the staff presentation,behaviour and politeness. 5.The breakfast is great. On top of it,we forgot our bag full of cash there and they promptly called and made all the efforts to return it.. I would definitely recommend this boutique resort to all who want to stay near vagator and Anjuna..

We stayed for 3 nights. Our overall experience was simply amazing and awesome. Food was very very delicious. Very efficient service. Polite and courteous staff always forthcoming to help. Ambience was simple yet elegant. Spacious suites with almost all amenities. Very reasonable room rates for the excellent facilities offered. We would certainly recommend this beautiful boutique hotel to family and friends. Plese keep the good work going and I wish the owners all the very best in all their future endevours. I would like to mention here an experience which is memorable. I had forgotten to carry my insulin pen with me and I was very worried , I requested Ms. Bretta at the reception to help me, she assured me not to worry and had the insulin pen delivered to me in my room in flat 30 mins.
