All private Volvo services from Manali to other cities are operated from here. Either you can book online or buy the tickets from bus stand only. You can reach here from the mall road by taxi or an auto. They charge 200 rupees to drop at bus stand. There's no facilities available at the bus stand. Need improvement to make it more convenient to the passengers.

It's much open and a spacious area for a bus stand. Although it's a little far from the city and you need to take an auto to get to your hotel etc. But guess that's what works to avoid overcrowding and traffic jams. Also, the river right adjacent to the bus stand gives it a picturesque look

This place is highly congested because it's a private busses stand. You can board various online offline busses form here. My recommendation is to book Himachal Busses specific HPTDC. They have premium new and clean Volvo busses and their bus bus stand is just before private stand while coming from Kullu.

Very bad experience with ZipGo Travels. I booked 2 tickets from Jammu Katra to Delhi. In Bus AC was not working properly also driver behaviour was very rude with every passengers and his driving skills very poor.
