In connection with marriage we utilised the services of Hotel Mangla Towers. Facilities were excellent and the staff was cooperative and supportive and they made our stay memorable. Manager was also helpfull and facilitated arrangements. Overall nice and excellent experience.
We booked this property for a banquet function with buffet lunch for a day and had a good experience. The staff and their hospitality were really good. Specially the Coordinator Ms Sowmya helped in clarifying the doubts and ensured a great quality of service.
Actualy i dosen't stay in this hotel. As a photographer i attend a mehandi function of a north indian family. The hall was neat and clean. Enough space for small functions like birthday and anniversory etc....
Good experience staying in spree.The reception staff and dinning staff are very polite and cooperative. The honesty of dining staff is commendable as my wife left her phone in dinning hall after breakfast. 10 mins later one of the member of dinning staff came to our room to return the mobile. They provide very safe and secure environment.
Had been here to one of their Banquet Rooms to celebrate my uncle's 80th birthday. The place is ideally located and has limited underground parking space.
They claim 4 star hotel, but they don't even change the bed sheets. Toilets are pathetic and they give a worst quality shower gel. Better not to use it. There was a used Pampers in my allotted room. Receptionist didn't even give a proper bill after check out. The worst part is we have to pay and need to argue with the receptionist. Better stay away
Hotel rooms are Clean, it's near bus stand good location, I stayed here for 2 nights. Wifi of this hotel was not at all working, not ok for people coming for offical trip. Food is good, but it take to much time for them to get it served at restaurant. Over all good hotel location wise.
