We had 5 days stay in this hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. Lot of options in breakfast. We had a kid with us and staff has helped to provide baby food as well as per the instructions. It was really nice experience to stay in this hotel.
Budget Hotel with fantastic location near Candolim beach. Room was nice with balcony although the view from balcony was not scenic. Breakfast was good with multiple options. The only problem here is Car Parking space as hotel has only 6-7 Car parking slots. On 1st day I had parked my car in front of hotel thinking it would not disturb anyone, But the Night Manager and Secury Guard woke me at 12 in the night to give them my Car keys for parking in a different location. This was absolutely unprofessional to be woken up in the night. They could have told me to give my car keys when I checked in. But waking guests at 12 in the night is absolutely not acceptable.
Good and budget friendly place to stay. They also have buffet and a pool to relax at. The property is also at a walkable distance from the beach. Had very comfortable stay with ZiP.

The rooms are very classy with all the facilities to fulfil our needs.
The food served there is very delicious. And also not forgetting to mention about the management( Gopi singh &Dulal), who are very pleasing. As a whole i had a very good time there and would surely like to visit there again.

Good Hospitality, Nice Staff, had breakfast which had good taste. swimming pool is small and in a corner next to restaurant which is somewhat awkward. room service is good. They close there restaurant at 10pm and then they provide no food which is quite early as per Goa. but yeah nearby we have plenty options.
Overall experience was good. Faced issue with mobile networks inside the hotel premises. Food was also delicious.
Room service food staff behaviour everything was good. Swimming pool attached also in breakfast and dinner they are try to arrange food as per guest requirement. It's near candolim beach. You can find casino.our experience was great. Don't waste your time to search any other hotel.
