This is the worst hotel I've ever seen, no hygienic, no bed sheets, no soaps, bathroom with big insects. Staff are just careless and without experience and the cost is so expensive. Absolute trash

I would give a 5 star, since the Manager and the entire staff is very polite. It is near to the bus stand. Rooms are clean and neat. Hot water is for 24/7. For family and couples the safety is well. Hospitality was good. Its a budget friendly hotel.

One of the worst hotel in Tirunelveli, No hygienic, irresponsible staff and they are charging too much for such ugly hotel.

The best in Tirunelveli. I will recommend this residency for their best service, clean rooms, restaurant. Here there are non AC as well as ac rooms . Here I found the best rate. I stayed here for 600Rs in a single non AC room. This is very near to new bus stand and at walkable distance (about 10 minutes). Here there is a coffee bar and restaurant. There are also other restaurants at walkable distance.

Room was good but not cleaning properly.

Stayed 2 days all ok but food is little expensive
