My aged parent had come for a consultation with Dr Dipanshu. The hospital staff was very rude, they made us wait till 8pm for a consultation with the doctor, while we came at 4pm. Dr was least interested in patient but more in a hurry to leave. Why do you guys take appointments if you don't have time? No online appointment as well. It is a complete harassment. 4hours wait?! You require 4hrs to attend just 20 patients? The nurse sitting outside Dr's room n the staff at the reception need to understand that when there is a senior citizen you need to show some respect. Not visiting this hospital after the harassment my parent had to go through.

Great support staff and responsible doctors. Specially Dr. Deepanshu has been a of great help. Both my family and I visit Zion for regular check ups. Thanks to the whole team for their tireless efforts.

Don't use the word absconding to pay the bill as I already made the payment. This is your admin teams duty to complete the billing formalities. They don't do their job properly and later on they called me multiple times to make the payment which I never denied. I have attached all the screenshots of the payment as well as the number of calls received by your team for their unfinished job. I can also sue you legally to defame me publicly for no reason. If you can't listen to the facts, then don't promote yourself in online platforms. We have all the rights to submit review basis on the real-time experiences. With reference to my shared review, you can check the photos of the side effects that affected my health due to the medicine prescribed by your doctor for my back pain which later reacted badly with terrible pain & heavy swelling in my ankle. I suffered a lot mentally and financially and you are responsible to compensate all my losses. If you wish to continue this matter, I am right top of it. I have all the evidence to sue you. You can refer to the proofs attached. Earlier, I was thinking the staffs are ill behaved but after your reply I am convinced enough, this behaviour is taught by the top authorities. Shame on you and the entire staffs. Pathetic Hospital.

Recently I had to admit my son to Zion Hospital Bangalore 84. The admission process was simple and the staff were extremely courteous and helpful. The OPD doctor was knowledgeable and helped make the decision to admit or not. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Nurses were very helpful and prompt once a call is made. Discharge process was also simple and straightforward.

I had undergone a surgery at this hospital last week. I wish to convey my special thanks to Dr Ebenazer Daniel, a doctor who comes with a lot of experience, and always seen with a comforting smily face, and also to Dr. Srinidhi. I also convey my gratitude to the humble and simple head nurse of OT Veronica, simply talking with her made my BP normal.... a special mention about the nurses at the ward Mincy, Sherly, Dinu, Bharathi and all the house keeping staff, my thanks to each individual... and finally from the bottom of my heart a Special thanks to RK Sir

I have been visiting Zion since 2012 and the adjoining Doctors Diagnostic for all our routine tests. My Dad who is 86 years old and a Cancer Patient had a fall and broke the neck of his Femur. I had no choice but to take him to the nearest possible hospital and Zion came to mind, since it is also nearby to where we live. Many people review Zion with their own experiences or even made up, I'd say but this was my experience. I rolled my Dad in on Saturday got an X-ray done and it was very evident that he needed surgery immediately. Met with Dr. Sanjay, the Orthopedic Surgeon and was very happy with the way he explained the whole process, so we decided to get the surgery done. The surgery was successful and my Dad is discharged and able to walk the very next day. It was all an ordeal given his age and the cancer, but I'd say, Zion did a FANTASTIC job..! The Coordinator, Bushra is a very kind and sweet person. I wish there were many more like her, who make you feel so much at ease. My billing and the cost of the entire procedure was well worth it when compared to other hospitals. Thanks to Zion and its team for a job well done..!

The support and treatment provided was really good, house keeping staffs and all members of the hospital treated with care. Doctor Deepanju Das was really good. Insurance department members were helpful, lady Bushra was generous and assisted us on final bills. I trust this hospital and the doctors and staff.

My wife was admitted to the emergency section with vomiting, nausea, gas and acute pain in the abdominal region. The doctors were quick to identify the root cause being gallbladder stones and we had to undergo the Laparoscopic procedure for gallbladder removal. The admission process was simple and the staff were courteous and helpful especially the coordinator Bushra for being able to understand and address many of my questions. Doctor Ritesh GV was fantastic at his job, able to clear out all of our doubts and available in case of emergency. Within 4 days my wife was discharged being able to walk (but with slight pain). Room was clean and well maintained thanks to the cleaning staff. Nurses were very helpful and prompt once a call is made.
