I've never been to any other clinics other than Zion when it comes to a dentist appointment. Dr. Saji is a precious person. He is so down to earth and never shows any kind of attitude. I've been visiting him since when I was a child. Even my whole family goes to this clinic. All their services are excellent. The songs playing there really bring a calm atmosphere. Dr Saji is a gem of a person. Even on the busiest of days, he will never rush you. He takes time to brief us on all procedures and makes sure we understand it. We were visiting from the US with limited days for visitation. Doctor did his best to accommodate us into his schedule on such short notice and cover all the checkup and procedures that could be taken care off in the limited time period. Huge kudos to the doctor and team for their exemplary service.

I would like to share my experience with Dr. Saji cherian and his team. I had a Dental Implant done by Dr. Saji Cherian at Zion Dental Implant, Eraviperoor, Thiruvalla. The treatment was very good and the staff members were very cooperative and friendly. They make me feel comfortable during the treatment. The Doctor is always willing to listen to my problems and answer my questions during the treatment. I am very satisfied with the treatment I received from them.

I had a bad experience. I called the clinic to book an appointment. They asked me to walk in between 4: 30 and 5 p.m. and then made me wait until 6 p.m. to see the doctor, which was almost the clinic's closing time. I would recommend this place if you have enough time and you are not in a hurry to fix your problem--they use very visible tactics to call you another day as per their convenience.
