I thoroughly enjoyed my dining experience at this restaurant. The ambiance was inviting, and the staff provided excellent service. The menu offered a diverse selection of delicious dishes, and the flavors were well-executed. While the prices were a bit higher than average, the quality of the food justified the cost. Overall, a delightful culinary experience that I would recommend to others.

Overall it was a very new and unique experience for me to be dining out in a homely atmosphere. The menu had a lot of known and new items and the staff were knowledgeable enough to introduce the same to us. Most of the things they serve aren't easily available in other restaurants of the town, hence that's a plus point for them. Although I felt that the waiting time was a little extra for us to get the food we ordered, but good food takes time and yes, it was good food. When you compare it with the price you pay for the said items, you might feel a little pinch on your pocket, but this place can be visited for once in a while special occasions.

It was so homely, private rooms with comfortable sitting arrangements. I didn't feel like dining in any restaurant. The food and greeter was very nice. I highly recommend this restaurant. Had a unique experience.

Liked their unique seating arrangement. Veg Food served was yummy. Mushroom biryani the highlight. The desert options are good too. It's a fine-dine place.

Good one & different one. You can get south indian foods over here. They have 5-6 rooms. Where you can privately have your food with ur family or friends. They have Ground chair sitting also like Japanese style. Taste is OK but not so wow type. Location is inside a colony. Its not situated exactly on the road. Its 3 stored house with restaurants. Your shoe is not allowed. You have to keep your shoe outside and you have to wear their sleepers. Quit unique. Home type feel you will get. Large capacity seating also available.

I have had been to similar places which specialise in south Indian cuisine. But the experience here was very different and a good one. U have to change your shoes to the slippers that they provide. When u enter the place, u can see that they have converted a house into a restaurant with rooms having different types of seating. I would suggest u to head to the first floor where they have these unique chairs that rest on the floor. It feels homely to be honest. And the food is amazing, we ordered the pichu potta tawa Chicken, Malabar parotta, mutton biriyani, chettinadu chicken curry and cheesecake. Pichu potta is mind-blowing, very unique dish. It's a must try. I love Malabar parotta so I'm a little biased here. It was great. Chettinadu was another tasty dish. I have had better but this one was good too. The mutton biriyani is a hit or miss. It's not a regular biriyani. It's a fat grain, wet biriyani and I liked it but not everyone would appreciate it. It's somewhere between a khichdi and a biriyani. But that's how it is in Kerala and places nearby. Everything came at a reasonable price but Cheesecake was kinda overpriced but it was good though. I'm definitely visiting again to try lots of other dishes i missed out on. I highly recommend this place.

The ambience and food is praiseworthy. This place gives a homely feeling. The staff members are very polite and readily available. Loved the decor and the concept of sitting down comfortably (on small chairs) and having your food. For those who can't sit down they do have normal height chairs as well to enjoy your time.

I had ordered food from zingiber several times, had snacks at their food truck a countless times, had really good experience with it and all of that led me to go to their restaurant located in KIIT area, and was disappointed. Ordered pichu potta tawa chicken and chicken varuval for starters. The pichu ports chicken was decent with some good spices and flavours. Chicken varuval tasted like standard chicken pakodas and there was nothing special about it. In main course we ordered chicken biryani, chicken chetinadu and chicken palliyavaram. The quantity of Biryani was great, but the taste could've been much better. The curries were okayish and didn't stand up to my expectations. The taste wasn't good compared to the price either. The only reason I am not giving them lower stars is because of the lovely Creme Brulee. It was just heavenly and I wanted more and more of it. If you visit this place, then you must try this amazing creme brulee.
