Best possible available gym in kalpakkam. Air conditioned, well maintained, available at both mornings and evenings slots. You will find a lot of people going to this gym. Nice equipment, possibly for all muscle groups. Seperate section for cardio also available.

Overly crowded place. Very congested. Dedicated space is not available for doing stretching or body weight exercise. Attitude of coach(Mr. Madhan) is not motivating at all instead I felt it is demotivating. Equipment is good but space will become issue. Wasted 3500/- for 3 month membership. If you read till here try other gyms in area. This one is dump. (Personal opinion)

Best unisex fitness center in the town. Full of happy people. Lot of support and motivation will not let u leave unsatisfied for the day. Don't forget the funpart i.e. weekly challenges.

Being goin' for an year now I can say Great place for a gym! Equipped with ACs, proper lights, all instruments etc all we need for a gym, not to forget those JBLs where we can play our own playlist. About the trainer, Madhan's muscles justify the name of the gym i.e "Zeus"! Cliche apart, he is highly attending and friendly person, not to forget HIGHLY FIT. Ask for the exercise and he helps to get it done. You won't do it wrong under his watch. Period. Alright folks! Go and see for your own and happy working out.

The imposter was near the vent, he came over to me and asked if I needed help becoming a buff man. The red dude told me how to lift weights and become a buff man, 10/10, thanks sussy imposter.
