I had a wonderful time at this resort! The picturesque location, impeccable service, and luxurious amenities made my stay truly memorable. From relaxing by the pool to indulging in delicious meals at the on-site restaurant, every moment was a delight. Pros 1. Great location 2. The food was good, particularly the indian cuisine 3. The swimming pool and beach was anazing Cons 1. We were with our infant so we booked the the premium villa rooms which are the highest category and large rooms. They faced the garden before the beach. The hotel garden was booked for weddings for all the days and they would play loud music until 10pm. 2. The housekeeping staff did not understand the meaning of do not disturb. They would not knock the door but would end up calling us in the room. Our baby woke up thrice because of this. 3. The spa treatment was cut short buy a few minutes. The staff thought we were with a wedding group so we felt they did not provide a delightful experience
Love the Architecture, the landscaping, the club area for kids, the pool, different restaurants to cater to different pallettes... and the best part is the gorgeous walkway to the beach. An open, no crowd beach that also had water sports which had not started anywhere in South Goan beaches, when we visited! Rooms are lovely and the sit out area looks out into the beautifully maintained gardens.
Great place to spend time with family, though at the time of our visit, it was raining crazily. The staff is very responsive, ensuring they give solutions quickly, and taking feedback if certain things were attended to, etc. The buggy service at the property was quick and movement inside was seamless. Food spread amazing. Overall a great experience.
The location is very far from the New MOPA (Manohar Parikar) Airport. But it is a very good property which is well maintained. It has very easy access to the Cavelossim beach. Plantation and Greenery is really good and well-maintained. Staff is also well-coming. Only the swimming pool location is not good as it was in the center of the property.
For a five star property the buffet was disappointing...it was limited in terms of variety...one does expect a lavish spread across different cuisines! The taste of some dishes was quite nice, however they really need to be more creative and just provide more of an experience!
Beautiful resort will good space to roam inside the resort itself!! Beach is very close walking distance from inside the resort ! Clean beach with very less crows so it feels like you are on your own personal beach !!! Food is good !! Good place for corporate meets as well as family holidays !! This place was awesome. We enjoyed a lot. The minor beach was neat and clean. Sea view restaurants. The trip was memorable. Specially for activity like Jetsky, banana boat ride, and specially parasuit fly through boat rope.

For the starters staff is good and accommodation is spacious. The building is bit old with some issues with fixtures but overall things are fine. Food service was really slow but one always have option to have food at restaurants at walking distance.
