Zest Fitness Studio - Gym in Kolkata - Kolkata, India

I went to this place yesterday evening at 6PM to get a first hand impression of the gym from outside. The place looked deserted and shabby. There was no one in the room and no activity was visible. The entrance way to the gym seemed below par. The overall impression of the place was not acceptable to me for joining a workout program

I love this place, such energy packed place with a balance of fun and serious work out . The trainers understand your limits and know how much to push you . I have never been a gym person but this place made me fall in love with gyms and workouts . They understand what you want ( loose weight , gain mass , be stronger etc) and they help you achieve your goals in such a amazing and a easy method . I wish them all the best.

Zest has been an absolute joy to workout in..It's not just a gym it's a source of not only abundant knowledge but just inspiration for all those who workout here...Vinit's passion and dedication towards his work is just amazing..The trainers take so much care with all clients and I can totally vouch on the fact that once you go your life will be changed..For someone like me who would have never thought of the idea of working out before totally looks forward to it now. Do join and let Zest work it's magic on you

Excellent and well informed trainers, that consider helping you their path to salvation. This place is one of the very few gyms in Kolkata that has the knowledge about the proper techniques and postures required for training. The trainers here not only provide adequate personal attention but also keeps individual's requirements and goals in mind. I would definitely recommend Zest. I do acknowledge the fact that Zest has a little steep charges, but undoubtedly it is worth every penny because this gym delivers results!

I shifted from mumbai to kolkata and couldn't really stick to any gym, believing there's really a dearth of good trainers in kolkata and if the trainer is good they break your pockets absolutely. Then I Derick from Zest and trained with him for a long time, He is innovative, gets you to push your limits and coaches you like a friend! I saw a lot of changes in me without going on extreme diets under him! Vineet and his group of trainers can really make an awesome impact on your well-being

Its been an absolutely wonderful journey so far with Zest. The professional way of making one workout and understand the importance of each movement along with the friendly atmosphere, I can safely say it's a family outside of my family. Thank you and keep changing lives.
