Really happy that I chose Zest fitness studio over other gyms. The gym is well maintained and has all the machines you need for training. The staff here is really friendly and motivating all the Gymer I advice all the people please join this gym and gym is good for health

One of the premium gym in HSR area as you would expect on 27th main. Gym is equipped with proper and multiple machines to train each and every part of body. Not to mention the consistent hygiene and cleanliness maintained day after day. Helpful and friendly trainers to help to achieve the goal you have for yourself. Would definitely recommend.

This review is for the 27th main road branch. Before enrolling at this gym, the person who was showing us around told us that the membership fees here is higher than the other branches as "celebrities" use this gym. I laughed this off and enrolled anyway. Should have known that I wouldn't be laughing for long. I had a less than satisfactory experience at this branch. All the trainers are huddled together and only give you attention the first day you join. They try to get you to take them on as a personal trainer. And the day you say you don't want one and just want general training, the wooing stage is done. They don't really care about you after that point. Instead, you'll have to keep going to them and asking them to explain how each machine works and whether the posture is correct. As a beginner at the gym, this was extremely demotivating for me. The gym also feels quite stuffy in the mornings. There's no proper ventilation. And there seems to be a language barrier with most of the trainers at this gym. They mostly speak Malayalam and find it difficult to speak English, apart from a few are okay to converse with. If you're a beginner, I'd advise you to join another gym, unless you can afford a personal trainer. The only pro here is that the gym and washrooms are neat and clean.

Trainers are Good and Friendly in nature. The cleaning staff also doing great job. The receptionist receives with heavy due respect. All member are very Good so I love this gym and Love you all

Good ambience and awesome hygiene. I would really recommend this gym for those you are really interested in workout. The gym has many variety of equipments which makes our workout more effective and resuting. It is very clean and air-conditioned.

I have joined gym fee weeks back and the gym amenities are very good and its the best hygiene gym i have seen so far. All the trainers and front desk team is very helpful. I suggest everyone to go and join this gym if you are looking to join the gym near HSR layout sector 1
