By far, one of the biggest and well-equipped gym I have ever been to. The trainers are well versed with the workouts and are very helpful. The place is very well maintained with lots of other activities like Zumba, Yoga and other things as well.

I have been a member of Zest fitness studio for a month now, and my experience has been exceptionally positive. The staffs are friendly and knowledgeable, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The combination of a well-equipped gym and the guidance of my trainer Arjun, has truly transformed my fitness journey. The facility is well-maintained, with a wide range of modern equipment that caters to various workout preferences. Their commitment to hygiene is impressive, and the staff consistently ensures a sanitized environment in the gym.

I'm writing this review after one month of training there. It's a very clean and well equipped gym. The trainers offer tons of support and encouragement on your fitness journey. I opted for personal training, my trainer is Mr Hussain. He is very professional and encourages me to push beyond my limits. I can see very promising changes in my stamina too with his training. The reception staff is very helpful . They listen to our needs and goals very patiently and help to choose the right plan to achieve that.For everyone looking for a gym to start your fitness journey this is the right place.

The gym so spacious and have ample amount of equipments. It's well maintained and trainers are very friendly. Zumba,HIIT,Yoga group classes are there, which make it unique from other normal gyms. Special Thanks to our trainer Sarath for immense support.

Best gym for fitness lovers in Carmelaram neighborhood. Subscription fees are moderate. The coaches are very supportive and proactively help us, interact with us and advise on our exercises. Our personal coach is a excellent guy, ensures we finish our workouts. His personal care on diet and workouts ensure we do not miss any sessions. I feel better on my health now. Age related, day-to-day complaints are getting minimized now. All the equipment are brand new and the support staff keep them clean continuously. I feel young when I visit this gym. Since I visit this place in the morning, I do not have a parking problem. Not sure about during the peak business hours especially in the evenings.
