Just visited I think it's awesome The ambience lots of sunshine fresh air and lots of space Good rooms Good service Loved the coffee Beautiful to have large gathering get together functions events Good gym pool bar restaurant Recommend for a nice getaway Recommend for get together events functions conferences Good place to hangout

Rooms are good and property is well maintained, I guess it is a new property. Management is very poor and staff is not well trained. The manager guff up our 7 rooms and we 15+ people have to adjust in 3 rooms for one night while 4 of us slept in the room behind the reception and got ready next day in the common room.This was very unfair by the management. The rooms where alloted next day in the evening. Staff is very slow and most of the time they are confused. Our room bathroom was too having a leakage. Overall property is good but please ensure about room bookings as the management tends to allocate your rooms to others with higher prices and ask you to cancel the booking at the last moment which is very stressful.

Rooms were clean and well equipped. Service is slow. Courteous and helpful staff, good food. Overall the experience was good. Close proximity to Kalaburgi railway station.

Small rooms, Hard water , recently took over by Royal orchid- Regenta resorts may be we will get better service next time...... Nice food... good ambience

Worstest organisation of ROHL I've ever seen in my life this Pre opening property is not even that good that we can say that we're working for ROHL If the organisation MD only wants to run his hotel means why the hell they hired us as the ROHL staff Staff welfare is utmost 0. HR is damn Dum she doesn't have any sense to behave with staff. Operational manager is also not supportive to the staff I know some things are there where he couldn't but why the hell is then they'll say that ROHL's rules needs to be followed where the MD's rules are need to be followed

Dear Pals, Before joining this property make sure the down points about the Organisation and HR of this property 1. She's not responsible for her work just for a single clearance she'll take 4-5 hours and after my clearance I have to take N. number of rounds for my salary. 2. After complaining about the staff food also she's not taking care about that even. She made the committee members but didn't took any action. For a single cafeteria menu she took 1 week time to make the menu ready. 3. More of times she never ever takes any risk if any Ex-employee comes to hotel threat the high post person she directly says I'll be not responsible for that and she says the concern person to sit in accommodation until the matter cools who will be the responsible if the employee come n beat to the person who is staying in accommodation. 4. After writing apology letter also she has terminated the employees too. 5. When she'll get the new staff she'll treat them with nice when they're not comfortable working here then she'll be very rude to the people and she'll be very abusive. 6. If any staff makes extreme mistakes she'll never say anything in fact she'll support them and make them to stay in the property premises. 7. At the place Kalaburgi where staff are rarely come to work here but due to low salary no one is ready to work in this place. In between that she purposely remove the staff to hire her own staff. Even her own staff are not ready to work here because of low salary and if they get any other job they'll leave at that time only. 8. More of the staff left because for her irresponsibility behaviour she never ever tried to solve the problems she pretends to solve but never solves. 9. If any staff gets extreme health issues she never rushes hospital at the same time she says them to wait after her work done then she'll take them to the hospital apart from that she'll not take care. if one time sick meal is sent to the person after that she'll never call to ask them for the second sick meal or their health. 10. And main thing is that sir is she's working for Royal orchid not for MD of the zest club but here MD and She are deciding the Staff who'll stay and who'll go it's not fair which is going here some staff are there from our references who left their good jobs from banglore, Delhi and so on places on our faith n trust, because of this one person they also left. There's no reason but to she has removed staff without knowing the reason. 11. I don't know sir how she has been recruited as HR being an HR she's never in a proper grooming and she's says other to be in well groomed. 12. It's already 3 months she's has been joined but still now she has not hired proper staff apart from terminating other staff, now few more staff left over there soon they'll be also leaving due to no staff in the property and still yet uniforms are also not provided. 13. I've worked in many hotels after clearance they give us the certificate on the day of clearance it self but she took 6 days to give the experience letter. 14. She's a very arrogant, rude, irresponsible while I was doing clearance because for her arrogant behaviour I've to be arrogant wth her at the time of clearance.

Great place to spend time, but food menu varieties are quite less... And most of the time similar taste!

Lots of improvement is required especially on the service quality. The resort is concentrating mostly on outside guests coming to dine rather than on service improvement. However would appreciate the sincerity of security staff who found my lost mobile.
