Paying high price for much low grade food quality and also less quantity. Also hookah are expensive but yes taste good. They're skill for making hookah is decent.

The food was quite good specially the drink was quite refreshing and minty ... loved the vibe of the place. It's a must visit!!!

Very good experience. The service was outstanding and the hookah we ordered was exactly what we were looking for. Their skill for making hookah is decent. Amaan and Arbaz were all exceptional hosts and made our visit memorable. The inside decor throughout was lovely, clean and well maintained but not so specious. They have a small chamber too for small groups. Parking is one of the main problems there. Suggestion: if they can keep a few hard drinks (alcohol) with proper permission. A fantastic experience and highly recommended.

They will overcharge you ALOT if you are a foreigner. Prices are higher than in the USA. I knew the guy was overcharging (2,500 - 3,000 for one hookah) but I let it go. When he asked me for a tip and laughed with his friend, I realized I will never come back. Don't try to cheat people, it's not cool.

A Hidden Gem in Esplanade. This Hookah Parlour is quite affordable. The ambience is perfect, cozy but could feel a bit claustrophobic. Pizza, Mocktails are also upto the mark. The Staffs are also nice but they charge Service Tax (but can be avoided) ! Perfect place to hang out with Friends & close ones too !

I Just loved this place. The cafe is very rich in surrounding. It has a great ambience. Lots of place and rooms to arrange for birthday parties. The booking charge is also very less. Moreover the quality of food is amazing. Prices are very cheap if compared to other cafe's based on the infrastructure and location and food. It's a All in one cafe. I will recommend to every person reading this post, to visit "Zero Degree" .

Their service was decent and their overall hospitality was decent too. We ordered Hot Chocolate with Hakka Noodles and ManChaow Soup. Post that we went with a Margherita pizza. Their hands-on Chinese is nice. But Pizza was stale. It didn't taste good. The place was well-maintained and hygienic too. They have small chamber sittings arrangements for small groups and for the big groups they've arranged for sofas in their central hall area. Overall the experience was good.

Food - absolutely worst,Quantity is very low and I got a hair in my meal and when i told them to change my meal they are blaming us that the hair belongs to us and as I am a guest to them that doesn't matter to them they Called me to the kitchen and told me to see that everyone in the kitchen is wearing cap is this the hospitality belongs to a 4.5 star rated Cafe worst at all . Service - hospitality is very bad service guys ar not welling to treat customers as there customers they are not in their proper place where they need to stay every time when we need something we need to go and let them know we have visited a lote of cafas this one is just worst I won't recommend any one to visited this sheet place. Atmosphere - space is quite small they are just have 10 to 15 songs in their play list and they repeat that songs only very bad Atmosphere I had ever seen
