There are 2 charging points here one is of 50kw and another one is of 24kw. 50kw charges too fast and 24kw takes double time of 50kw charge. When we visited it was too crowded Around 4 cars were waiting. And finally we got charged at night. With 24kw. It's a busy place and an additional two chargers would be better or else the fast charger should be one more

Had a seamless charging experience at Zeon. This is an ideal fast charging point with access to the mall and radisson blu. The security at the entrance of the mall is helpful in ushering EV owners towards the charging point. The best part of this location is that customers can spend time at the mall while the car gets charged. This is also an ideal charging point for customers staying at radisson. The charging experience itself was very smooth. 1. Plug the charger gun into the charging port, 2. Scan the QR on the fast charger, and 3. Charging starts. You can track progress via the app, which tells you time elapsed, current SOC, and units added. Customer care from Zeon also provided friendly reminders when the SOC reached 80%, and also gave a heads up that 80-100 typically slows down. It took me an hour to go from 33% to 100% SOC. Look forward to more charging Pit stops with zeon, in other routes as well.

While our own Tata Power FC ask us to recharge wallet and then charge the vehicle, here I found this company trusting their customers by allowing them to charge first and then pay for it. Small gestures lasts long! Experience was so smooth that I was able to initiate charging in less than 10 seconds. Will recommend this any day :) Cheers guys! :)

A full charge at Zeon Charging, Mysore could take me to Calicut with more than 50km range remaining in my Tata Nexon EV. Easy to use application and expecting Zeon to install fast chargers in the state of Kerala as well.

I had a wonderful experience charging my ZS EV at MM, Mysore, and it was delightful to navigate through the Zeon route map to reach the exact location error free. To my utter surprise at the gate of the mall, security personnel made the entire experience so personal and caring where he took my details and directed me to the way and answered my queries as well. For me, the charging station was free for my onward journey, and I experienced seamless connect to the car and charging started without any hassles. I took that time to finish our lunch at the mall while keeping an eye on the app for the rate of charging and completion percentage. I repeated the same process of charging during my return journey as well. This was my first journey by the MG outside Bangalore, and I was a bit scared as I was traveling with my family. This error free and impeccable charging experience at Zeon has encouraged me to travel to other destinations by MG after ensuring that we have Zeon chargers installed en route I must acknowledge that I enjoyed my ride and drive and saw the difference in effortless power the EV generates vs. the ICE enginees on NH 275. I thank the team of Zeon for making us believe that EV buy is a good buy and we can enjoy while adding a little contribution from our side for creating and building a sustainable future for generations to come. Zeon is always the best and reliable. But this station is almost all the time occupied. Zeon should add at least 2 x 7.4kwh Type 2 chargers and at least one more 50kwh DC charger to keep up with the demand. It would be nice if you add shelter for the station and the car

Charging was quite comfortable, no hassle at all. But still more are required between bangalore and Mysore. In the evening hours you have two to three vehicles waiting for charging, should provide more stations.
