Dr.Mukund Sir is amazing his work is phenomenal. But the pharmacy staff is slow and inactive. The receptionists are slow and unprofessional. I was admitted for fistula and we waited for 3hours for our bill and paperwork. Nobody tells you about the charges, and the procedure. Mukund sir told us the procedure in detail and the nurses were sweet and polite and gentle. But the rest of the staff is lethargic. Paperwork moves at a very slow pace. The stars are for Mukund sir and the nurses.
As per my visit I felt zenith hospital is One of the best hospital in Nagpur.
