This was needed to share so that people reaches to right place , I was admitted last 2 days back wer I have a Superb experience starting from being attended to the treatment,service, kindness and helpful received from the Respected Doctors and staffs during my presence tenure. I Had a good and healthy 2 days stay. The Cleanliness was very good of the hospital , Staffs were very cooperative and helpful in nature and on time , Doctors were also present round all the time and was also reviewing patient in every hours to keep the track of patient status. . Thank you to the Respected Doctors Attended me and a special thank you to the whole staffs of the Hospital. Gold Hospital. A do refer Hospital.

Superb experience of service, empathy and kindness!! Have been interacting with staff , doctors and ancillary services of the hospital since last 4 days as attendant to a patient. Cleanliness very good and on time , courteous nurses and maushi regardless of the shift timing, Doctors round on time and giving good comfort to patient with detail and simple explanation of the treatment, causes and certain actions they have initiated. Facilities is slightly congested but their heart is big while supporting the patients relatives. Quick decision making process by doctors and expertise. Thank you Dr Rupesh Makode, Dr Swapnil Rudrakar - you are awesome. Thanks to hospital management for hiring and keeping good motivated staff in each function. TPA best experience I have ever had dealing with any hospital. Maushi's are so empathetic for aged patients, they treat them like family members.

Dr. Niraj Raghani at Zenith Hospital, Amravati is one of the best cardiologists . We went there for treatment of my 82 years old mother, who had only 22% of the heart functioning. It was our first experience with him and he treated us in a very good way. I would highly recommend him. Dr. Niraj hears you out patiently, and explains every minute details. He also guided us for proper actions against every test result. I am happy to mention here that Dr. Niraj uses the best technology with utmost precaution by considering the age & test result of the patient. The good news is that the Angioplasty is done and it was successful. Thanks to Dr. Niraj and his entire team.

Our patient didn't get expected hospitality when he was more in need of it and he lost his life. Very poor response from the cardiologist. Not even a single visit was made by the cardiologist, when the patient was in need of continues observation. Atleast pay attention and all care to every patient. You should not play with the lives of any personel.
