This is a AMAZING GYM, AMAZING WORKOUTS! The staff here is incredibly friendly and extremely qualified! All the trainers are super nice and take an interest in you no matter what fitness level you're at. I really like how they give me tips and tricks to get the most out of every workout. Awesome music and participants who take class create a perfect workout environment. I've been going for a little bit and am already seeing a big change in my energy levels and body.You will not do the same workout twice and if you go you will see the results no question.I love this place. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to get in shape. It's a life changing gym experience and I recommend it highly to all my friends and family.
Equipment is good people are polite but the gym gets close in every festival or program which is really bad cause other gyms are still open except this gym so I please request the gym not to take festival or program an excuse to close the gym it's been a week the I have been using mike mentzer workout program and it's impossible for me to follow it due to the closing of the gym I'm typing this massage right in front of the gym . It's disappointing I just pray that you guys will take the gym seriously and you guys will get good customers too if you do that but few minutes after waiting for 20 minutes outside the gym . I called twice but my call wasn't receive so I change the gym . after 5 minutes i took memberships somewhere else. thank you .
