Zen Fast Food and Restaraunt - Fast food restaurant in Vadakkekad - Thrissur, India

To be honest food is nice i will not say bad about it and make their business down .... But Very bad service .. treating the customers is really bad.. even if we call and order before hand they will never make it ready by that time .. even if we say the customer will be there within 5 minutes still they will not keep it ready .. its usual that the customers will get angry if they ordered before hand and then did not make it ready on time Their excuse is that One of their customer call and ordered before and did not came to pickup, doesn't mean that all customers are like that To the restaurant manager, Please note this down .. Customer needs and satisfaction should be the top priority of every business as happy customers are more likely to stick around and recommend your business to others When i called him and asked about their service he is not even giving me a space to speak. He is busy with his customers it seems

Good and tasty foods, not much waiting time, but seating capacity is lil congested Must try item is :- Alfahm chicken ( 1 piece= 130 rs ) so 1 full is 4*130 Why i said its a must try item - because their masala topping on alfahm is really far far better than other shops, if i say its one of the best alfahm available in Thrissur district And BDF too... ( Beef dry fry)

With the special ingredients used in the masala, Zen's Al fam is the best in Vadakkekad and taste so different and special compared to the other restaurants near Vadakkekad. The other items served here are also taste good. But the heavy masala and the colour doesn't look healthy. Their complimentary vegetable salad taste and looks good.

This restaurant is awesome,...good ambience,..food is very tasty,... especially al-faham and beef roast

Neat and clean... Compared to other restaurants near by far better taste..

alfaham is not good at these days they are serving previously cooked alfahm...you can see in the photos that i have uploaded below they are not hot nd spicy

Al Fahm/Barbecue tastes really good.Heard from credible sources that the restaurant uses quality ingredients in the dishes. Hoping to visit again and try the other items in their menu.

Such a delicious food that beef well cooked and yummy really like it nd also chicken chilly beef must try
