Zees Apartments - Service Apartment in Kozhikode - Kozhikode, India

Spacious, calm, heiginic place. Wife connectivity was good. Kitchen had gas and basic utensils. AC was flawless. Owner was kind and helpful. Parking available upto 3 vehicles. Overall experience was exceeded expectations.

I would give it 6 star rating coz it's very good place to stay for a month also we stayed one night it was very good u get kitchen, 2 rooms , 2 bathroom and also one hall and dining table it was so beautiful house also a beautiful balcony I would say that it was my best stay in Kozhikode also we enjoyed so much staying there even the sadu uncle was so polite and very friendly also worth it also a free and good parking and neat and clean home

Well,to be completely honest Rooms were good and to some extent clean as well but there is no building maintaining staff for cleaning and for any Maintenence.It overpriced no doubt in that.Most of reviews are here of people staying for max. 1 week on the other hand i stayed here for quite while and my overall experience was not good and pretty bad i would say.They are overpriced for rent and utilities, my Ac in room got broken but never repaired despite several complaints even not till i left and it has the worst hospitality,i have ever seen..so all that counts for a very bad and disgusting experience its fair to say.So go there only if no other option,frankly there are so much better and genuine priced around uh want to check first.

Zees apartments is very well maintained. We had a comfortable stay and was a good experience. Both the staffs (Govindan and Pushkar) were so humble, helpful and supportive. All the rooms, halls, bathrooms and kitchen was neat and clean. They have good waste management system and was following covid protocols. Budget friendly too.. would definitely recommend to families.

Zees Apartments were properly neat and clean, rooms were spacious and there was a hall in my flat which I used for office work. Didn't use the kitchen but it was available too. The apartments are in Govindpuram which is very close to the main heart of the city, areas like Palayam, Kozhikode beach and good restaurants like Rahmat. Caretaker Pushkarg ji was very hospitable and nice during the whole stay, he ensured that I had a safe and un-problematic stay. Owner, Haroon Ji was extremely humble and polite, it was a pleasure to stay at Zees!
