I recently joined Z Fitness Gym, and I must say that it has far surpassed my expectations. When compared to other gyms in the neighbourhood, I immediately felt that this gym had the most room. I'm pleased to talk about my fantastic experience with Z Fitness. Good and encouraging instructors, a sizable open area for Zumba and aerobics, and clean, quality equipment's are all present. among the top gyms in the Chandkheda area.
It is the best gym in whole chandkheda areal. I joined Z Fitness from last couple of months. in gym all trainer's are very Supportive and they give a perfect guidance, how to train our body. All equipments and machines are available in gym there have 2 to 3 machine for single part of body. In my opinion if you want to join gym you must go for Z Fitness studio.
Overall, Zed Fitness has my satisfaction. They have, in my opinion, the largest space both inside and outside(Open Area). The instructors are knowledgeable and pay close attention to each client. I never went to the gym on a regular basis, but since joining this gym, I do, and I also enjoy's it. Pankaj Sir runs gym in a well organized manner & provides Cross Fit training every Saturday everybody enjoys that the best. Whether you're searching for weight training, Zumba, cardio, or aerobics, I suggest Zed Fitness.
Best coache ever. Everyday different floor activities that helps to improve physical strength. Overall highly satisfactory and good experience. Pankajbhai and his team are amazing.
It's a waste of your time and money it's not for the place but its staff. Their trainer is just interested in training girls. If you are a boy and ask the trainer how to do any exercise then his behaviour is like you just want his kidney and if you are a girl then go there who knows you get a life partner. If you visit the gym you think it's so cool place but their staff are waste. Not all 2-3 guys are nice but I suggest don't waste your time and money it's not worth it.
