Recently my friend did a hair smoothening work from this place and she is completely satisfied with the result. The hair stylist, Mr. Nikhil, did a wonderful job and was highly professional. The saloon is situated at a highly accessible location near the bypass road(bypass junction). It's opposite the well-known restaurant "juice barrel ". It's only a 2km distance from the ksrtc terminal and barely 1km from the private bus stand. The building is very well designed and has a good ambiance. All the employees are courteous and friendly. Also, they have a fairly big parking lot at the back. The only negative, if I am to nitpick, is that the prices are slightly on the higher side. For eg: the rate for hair smoothening in bigger towns like Thiruvananthapuram and Kottayam is a good 500 INR less compared to this place. However, it's not a deal breaker considering the overall experience and work.
It's my first time in zayanas saloon for permenant smoothening. I had an amazing experience. expecillay the staff Aisha ,her service through out the procedure was appreciable.
