I have personally had a very good experience at Zari. The staff has been very helpful. The collection is good. I am here for my second altering of clothes and they have been nothing but helpful so far.

Very rude behaviour to customers. As per them...the person who enters the showroom has to buy , even if customer doesn't like anything, 100% conversion rate they want. It's unacceptable for them if customer visit and say that he didn't like anything. Please improve your sales skills....and moreover work on your customer relationship skills.

Rude behaviour of owner and his super stupid son...very bad designs nd even charged for hangings in lehnga. Paise barbad hai yahan jake to

If you complain they people are ready to fight with you. No girl or women should enter alone in their shop, she may face harassments from them

Had the worst experience at this shop. The collection is out of trend. Plus the salesmen are super rude and mannerless. They don't know how to treat the customers with respect. They don't want to show their collection to stuff unless you guarantee them 100% conversion rate. Not suggested at all.

Really bad customer experience...They makes false commitments for Alteration and fitting...after 2 visit at there store they are even not bother to deliver at home ..Avoid to makes any purchase...Sick people

Fraud people and old fashioned clothes & very rude behaviour with the clients if you ask for alteration or fitting . Just avoid to even enter in this shop
