Zara's Resort - Resort hotel in Kune N.m., Lonavala - Pune, India

I visited Zara's resort with my friends and it was an awesome Experience , everything was just awesome, spacious room with all facilities , all meals of the day were delicious. Would like to thanks Mr.Sohail for helping me out throughout the booking and stay. Would definitely like to visit again and also would recommend to our friends and family. Great place to spend quality time with loved ones

we stayed in this resort for 2 days and 3 nights in Nov 2023. Location: Main Road View: Not any Rooms: Clean room, bathroom and clean linen Service: Very good Resort: Is overall well maintained. Food: Breakfast buffet was good and tasty. Amminities: Swimming pool and a game room with table tennis, carrom and a pool table. Only bad experience that we had was the housekeeping staff who came to do cleaning of our room in our presence, stole sunglasses worth Rs.4000/-. Though we were present in the room, one would never think that anybody could do such a thing in our presence. Though we trusted him he took advantage of the same. On asking him as well as on informing the reception, we did not get it back. REPLY TO YOUR RESPONSE: In response to your reply i want to mention that I clearly told the guy at the reception that it was sunglasses of my son and not specs. Also mentioned that it was worth Rs.4000 and it was very unfortunate. And secondly i never mentioned that he took it in front of me. You are quoting it totally different. I mentioned that me and my son were sitting on the bed when the housekeeping staff was cleaning the room and my husband was standing outside the room. In the end he wiped the table where the kettle was kept next to which was the sunglasses. We cant be standing behind him to check whether he is taking something from the room or not. Their is a trust factor .And you didnt take any effort in checking with your staff, as, when we came back after 3 hrs, that is when you called somebody for formality sake and immediately told us that the glasses could not be found. This shows that you didnt take any effort to find our stuff.

Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Good hospitality and the food was yumm. Also want to thank Mr.Sohail for easy coordination and quick booking. Excellent stay.

This is a good property for a weekend getaway in Lonavala. Service of this place is pretty good. Rooms are quite spacious. I requested for room with a good view but all rooms with good view were occupied. Balcony of room was pretty small. I booked Super Deluxe which has King size bed and an additional bed for a kid which is a plus. They have elevator too for accessibility to floors. They have a very good swimming pool for adults (remember its quite deep). They also have a kid swimming pool but its location is not very good and doesn't have connectivity from the main pool. Buffet breakfast has a live counter too but they should think of adding few more veg items in the breakfast so guest could have more options. They have good parking space. Resort has small garden too and have good greenery inside which makes it beautiful. There is a restaurant outside the hotel too (Satu's) which has a good taste.

Me and my Family are regular visitors to Zaras... And the reason is the service they provide their rooms are cozy and spacious, ambience is good and as usual the best part of all is their food, thats the main reason we visit Zaras they serve tasty food in their Buffets..... Also would like to thank Sohel for coordinating and making reservation simpler.
