ZALUTA BUILDING (Paying Guest) - Serviced accommodation in Aizawl - Aizawl, India

It is a affordable option for people from outside mizoram to stay in aizawl for a longer period of time, i.e. more than a week (coming to aizawl on posting or on projects for a month or longer duration) One should straight away come to this place as it somewhat caters to the food requirements of the people of the mainland, which is otherwise difficult at other PGs unless you cook yourself. Water supply is always there at the PG, while water scarcity is a problem in Mizoram. The Owner, Aunty is a nice and soft spoken lady. There is always a waiting list and if you are being posted or coming on project, should call her prior to reserve a room fir you. Majority of rooms aren't great but few of them are good. Person will have to manage in terms of room size and limited resources here.

Best PG...24X7 running water...Hygienic foods....The rooms are all clean..Since its located at the heart of the Town..Easy access...Loved it

If you are in Aizawl and you're Non-Mizo. trust me this is heaven for you. Room are hardly available in aizawl. Zaluta Hostel in nice. you get all amenities. Room with Bed and bedding Table and chair. And if lucky a cupboard. Shared Washroom. Also u get Home cooked food. Land lady( aunty) is really nice and helps you in every way possible. 8000 for single room and food (1k extra one time) at time of check-in

This building is situated in center of Aizwal, capital city of Mizoram. It is basically a PG. It has got a balcony with an awesome view of Mizoram. Facilities like hot water are available. It also has it's own canteen. Owner is really kind heart and we loved staying there.

I would like to rate this 10. The owner is so so so good. One of the awesome PGs in Mizoram. Aunty told us to stay here when we went to Mizoram University for admission purpose. She is kind as well as cool. Even she dropped us at the airport because on our return day mizoram bandh was there. She took risk and dropped us at the airport safely.

The landlady is very cooperative, helpful and lovely woman. All facilities are available from clean rooms, hygienic dining hall, and premises, hot water, washing machine etc. Located near important places such as DC OFFICE, Post Office, Hospital, Governor House etc.
