Zaika - Restaurant in Imphal - Imphal West, India

I had a really good time with my special buddy. The foods we ordered were awesome. There is a lovely ambience around the place. The staffs are helpful and friendly. The songs playing in the TV makes it even more lively and fun. However, there is always a wait time of about 20 minutes for everything we order. Wish the staffs could deliver the order faster.

As the name suggest this Restaurant seems to offer tasty food but our experience was total opposite and not worth the hype mention on most of the reviews. We have ordered Veg food for all the family members during Diwali day and guess what food arrived after 50 mins and it was not even HOT. When asked for the reason why it took so late and food not being HOT, the update we got from server was due to busy period they are unable to focus. Seriously the reason give was not satisfactorily and moreover we could see hardly handful of people in dining area and most of them waiting for their meal. Coming back to food taste, it was below average and very very highly priced. Most of the item prices is close to very high end restaurants. We have tried veg fried rice. Veg Manchurian, Paneer Manchurian, Veg noodles and Roti. Food taste was bland and it was cold. We would love to revisit this restaurant next time and try some of their non veg items and revisit the review in out next trip to Imphal City.

Very good ambience and very spacious enough Washrooms available - clean enough Multiple options are available in Menu. Food items are slightly costly but reasonable the service they are offering Staff is very polite and helpful. Lighting is really good TV and background music are making this place more interesting. Mostly MTV beats channel playing. Sound system is very good Food is very tasty and hygiene. Haven't expected such food in Imphal. Place is right beside ISBT Imphal. Easily accessible, parking option is available

A family paradise! Service, food n space were equally amazing. One suggestion though it seems like there are a lot of items in the menu but only few are available. Will be best if those are excluded. Overall 4 stars!!

The food wasnt nice at all considering the long wait. The virgin mojito was probably 50 percent sugar and also bitter the fried rice had no taste was bland and same for the noodles as well. Only the naan was eatable. But the place was nice and clean

Taste : Good Ambience: Nice Location : Easy to locate Price: Little on higher side but okay Ordered Mutton Lal shah, Naan, Shredded Chicken, Lime juice, Egg fried Rice etc. Everything was good, left all plates clean

Service was not satisfactory. Two thin waitress were really good but others lack required skills. Ambience was good.

Lovely place. Good service, delicious food. Lovely view from the window.
