Could have been much better. Food quality and ambience is the first thing and these 2 things are not proper. Ambience is not at all maintained. The food was also very average. The cost was high according to the quality of food. I guess they have very limited staff and that's why maintenance is poor.

Zaffron, how nice the name is, their food is disgusting that much. I went with a group of 8 people to Zaffron and experienced a worst environment and as well as food. My friend gave treat to there because she thought it would be good. First is ambiance..... Ambiance look like dull, without proper light, music and crowdness... It's so dull inside the restaurant that I went outside within 5 minutes. Another thing is AC is not working properly. Second is staff.... Staff of the restaurant is so lazy and less in number. Sometimes they were taking order notes on hands. Third is timing and treatment of customer.... They took more than average time to serve the food.. When we entered to restaurant they served normal water (in summer time it should be cold) in a disposable glass instead of proper glass. Also they serve food in normal plastic plates without and paper or banana leaf. And, also those plates were with some spots. Last thing is food..... The food was looking nice but very bad in taste. Only the whole grilled chicken dish was good among all of the dishes. The chicken and muttons in gravy item were frozen for a long time that's why it's smelling bad in taste. We ordered Kasmiri pulao that was with essence of different fruit but fruits was not there and also bad in taste (without salt). Chocken kohlapuri and Kadhai chicken was good only for show not for taste. When we told them that it's smelling they didn't argue with us because they also knew that it's not fresh, it was kept in fridge for long days. Then they asked for change of those dishes but we denied. The food quality is very low. We reviewed about food grade and restaurant ambiance to the owner. But I am writing this review because of general people. Don't waste money by taking food in this restaurant. They need upgrades in so many of things before selling foods.

Worst Experience ever We came to Coorg as tourists and ordered some items from Zaffron.They delivered incomplete order. Even what received were packed improperly which make the items spilled in the cover and not usable. There were no spoons also. My kids and myself were not well as we were in a long drive, that's why we chose delivery service. After that I try to contact the restaurant but didn't get them through. We ordered 9 soups and one penne pasta, they delivered just 7 soups only. Those were a prepaid order too:(

The ambience was not that good but the food was i would Suggest it for biriyani lovers coz their both chicken and mutton biriyani was awesome but the chicken fried rice was not upto what I wanted

The items in menu was large, ambiance is nice, suitable for family and couples, food which I ordered was not meet my expectations, i ordered chicken fried rice but when oder came first i thought it was egg fried rice, after picking up single chicken piece which hidden in plate only i confirm it was chicken fried rice, quantity is good quality it less, for the money I paid i was not happy.

Amazing experience! First time I have tried chicken patiala, i have never ever tasted this kind of dish. Brilliant work guys! Adding some snaps of same.

It was Friday evening , Usually I buy shwarma in swiggy with offers and lot of ratings .. I never saw zaffron with offers ! When I visited here & tasted it, I came to know the best shwarma is available here, that's why there's less offer! Try nv here ; it's really the best !! Not too crowded!! Food preparation is fast!!! Easy payment options available!!!! Paytm, card & cash!! Clean environment!!! Take away available Seating available A/C Goli soda , coke available Drinking water is paid!!

Very superb multi cuisine restaurant. Here shawarma, grilled chicken, Rohan chicken are very famous.
