I am just tired carrying my son from room to reception or parking for any movement within the propy. Absolutely horrendous service. Very superficial and non-cooperative. Insensitive staff lacking common sense. Allocated a corner room on first floor with no service of buggy/golf cart. Wait time of 10+ mins is insane and crazy and they won't factor in that a kid is crying to expedite. Best avoided. There are so many better properties in Madurai closer to temple which understands customer service and operates with some level of sensitivity!

Excellent service and good food
