Zacs Valley Resort - Kodaikanal - Resort hotel in Kodaikanal - Dindigul, India

We had a super pleasant and fabulous stay at zacs, be it food/ ambiance/ service. Personal thanks to Xavier who not just manages but takes care of the guests. He understood my food allergies and made sure I got the coconut milk in the morning and customized the meals perfectly.

To be frank, the place is better than what you see on the pictures. We took 5 rooms for 5 families. All the rooms are spacious, Very clean Clean linens We also had most of our foods from the restaurant. Comparatively, one may find it slightly expensive, but if you do the costing of running a restaurant, it is not. The reason being the place is far from city and transportation cost to bring the materials. The foods were clean, neat and tasty. A homely type ones. We had an issue with one of the rooms near the main building, there were rats which we dialed to office, and they removed it. All other rooms had no issues, Few things travelers should know before they visit this place. 1) This area is not super cold like Kodaikanal. But a very soothing climate 2) The road from Highway to resort is not good. ( Which is the case of many resorts) 3) Plan your visit to stay, rather than using the place as lodging point 4) On your way back home buy some Avocados from local sellers 5) Network coverage is not so good . ( To me it was not important, as I don't go on vacation for office meetings and phone calls)

Awesome place to stay. It's a challenging drive down the hill, but worth it. The place was exotic and made to relish the beauty of nature. The rooms were offered a cozy stay. Food was home style cooking. If you wish to relax from ur busy schedule, it's the best place.

We travelled with a family of 6 adults and 2 kids to zacs valley. It's located at some distance from Kodaikanal, but is worth the travel. Situated in the mid of the valley, you have good views of the mountains and a small river which runs next to the property. The staff, especially Ashok and Dhanraj were excellent and the hospitality was top notch. Kudos to the manager Xavier who assisted in the room issue which we encountered during our stay and ensured that we were taken good care of. The food is of good taste and reasonable. There is a small stretch of bad road while reaching the property, but can be ignored considering the other positives of the resort.

Stayed there with our baby n 2 dogs and we had such an amazing time there !! The location is just awesome, we can spend hours in the swing looking at the mist and the mountains. The people are so friendly they are ready to do their best to help us have a good time. Will recommend to all looking for a peaceful stay in a nice location. The roads to reach there are a bit of an off road drive and hope this gets resolved soon.

Excellent place to stay and relax with beautiful views of the valley! The hotel staff are very courteous and helpful! The rooms are spacious and clean. Stayed with a family of 4 people for 2 nights and enjoyed thoroughly!

We travelled as a family with my wife, baby and mother. The rooms and the property were well maintained and neat. House keeping department Ashok was an all rounder, Ancy did a great job coordinating everything and Shruthi from the restaurant services were helpful too. Overall a good experience away from the city hustle.

A must stay place with a beautiful scenic view. The staff are super friendly and great service all together. 10/10 would recommend to anyone visiting Kodaikanal. We even had a bonfire and bbq set up in the night which made the stay all together magical.
