It is one of the most beautiful gardens in Srinagar. The garden is very well maintained. The entire garden is decorated with various colorful flowering plants. There is one hot balloon in the garden, and it also charges 1100/- pp, Moreover, the surrounding view of the garden is surrounded by beautiful mountains, all together creating a wonderful atmosphere. A great park to hangout, I highly recommend you visit it atleast once as it offers public conveniences, paid parking, 7D theatre, open air theatre, food courts etc.

Try the segway(iRide) rides (not sure if they still do these) and also the Hot air balloon ride (Aero balloon), the balloon goes up less than 100 feet (not 200 feet as some say) which still gives you a birds eye view of dal lake. Prices vary but it's usually Rs600-800 per person . Entry fee is Rs25

We visited zabarwan park for their newest introduction of hot air balloon ride. Overall the park is just ordinary like any other park but the hot air balloon ride is a recommendation for a worthy experience and bird eye view of dal lake.
It's a beautiful landscaping and a must go place. Has a great bloom in April and the best time to visit is early morning to enjoy the natural ambience. With the in full swing it becomes a bit uneasy and also not so great for photography if the sun is shining too much
