Z-bac is an enchanting destination that left me in awe! My visit was nothing short of amazing. The morning trek provided breathtaking views and engaging activities that truly elevated the experience. The staff's impeccable service was matched only by their warmth and genuine hospitality--always greeting us with smiles. Atul More's exceptional hospitality added immense value to our experience. I highly recommend Z-bac for an unforgettable getaway filled with incredible scenery and wonderful people.

First to tell you is the place is beautiful, we stayed in dome rooms with balcony, which have a beautiful green mountain view, with a small water stream flowing nearby, and one can listen the flowing water which was very stress free in its own way. The hospitality is very nice, especially guy called datta and other care takers, the food taste authentic home made, even be it veg also. The activities held by zbac is very thrilling with proper safety measures taken, be it rappelling, kayaking and best one is flying fox. Also one incident happend that for sunday we went to river rafting which is external activity, and due to some political issue the river rafting was closed on sunday (which never happens) which was big bummer for us, But zbac being good host they let us extend our stay for 1 more day with 90 % discounted prize , so we can go and do river rafting next day , such a nice gesture : )

It's a very nice place for hoisting corporate level team building exercises. Here they do offer you many different types of exercises including some dare devil acts. The ambience and location is very good.

Bad experience. We had booked 4 rooms...but were allocated rooms at different corners. Inspite of requesting the management we didn't get rooms near by. The manager Vikas was very rude to us and his behaviour was biased. He doesn't know how to manage and speak to guests and his attitude was pathetic. The other junior staff were helpful.

We had a fantastic time spread across 3 days with loads of fun and adventure. In the end, even 3 days felt as insufficient as there was still a lot of adventure activities left to be covered. The entire team at the resort were friendly, helpful and showed warmth. Special mention for the team manning the kitchen, the food was awesome. I was very well taken care of by this team due to special food requirements. The planning and coordination for outdoor activities like river rafting and trekking were impeccable. Kudos to the entire team!! Surely worth visiting this place a second time.

Manager mr vikas was extremely rude and arrogant , rooms are not at all up to the mark . There is no network at this plc except jio. I won't recommend to visit this plc

We went there with family for an overnight trip. Its a wonderful place . activities like flying fox, land activities were also nice. I also did river rafting via ZBac. They help conduct it on Kundalika river. Amazing experience. Only feedback I have for them is improving their communication with customers. Especially when family travels, they should provide some information about activities and logistics before hand. I had to reach out again and again to them for getting information on activities and preparing ourselves accordingly...
