Poor administration. Behaviour of office secretary towards inmates is very bad. Dirty surroundings and no security staff at night. Have to pay extra money for getting one glass of hot water even during these COVID time.

The above comment about the YWCA secretary is wrong.The secretary is very affectionate & well behaved person.I am also an inmate of Alappuzha YWCA....There are above 30 inmates are residing there ,nobody ever complaint about the behaviour of newely appointment YWCA secretary Dona. Good, silent and safe place for students and working women, homely food. the curfew is 6:30 pm but can be adjusted for individuals.

A big no. Single room is not single. There is a partition which doesnt serve the purpose. Not worth the rent we pay

Hostel administration is very good. But the warden is not upto the mark. Not at all approachable.otherthan that everything is good.

Infrastructure is awesome but service is not ok
