120+ year old Heritage Building near Mantralaya (South Mumbai). Apprix 100 bed Women Hostel for all outstation women only. Very neat and safe place.

Called for some information on 20th Jan in order to help a lady secure a job as a maid at this hostel. However the lady on the front desk was extremely rude. Not a tone to be used with someone seeking information. No patience at all. Very underwhelming experience. If this is the tone you use while responding to someone seeking information as if my questions are a big burden for you to respond to, please do not be the one to answer calls or be the one at the front desk. Can only imagine how others would be getting treated over call. Truly disappointing at the lack of conversation skills someone on the position of front desk holds.
Good food, clean rooms, bit old property but very well located and kind of a heritage building in the proximity of National modern art gallery. It's a very good place to stay in south Mumbai. Close to Marine drive and not very costly compared to other posh locations.
I Visited YWCA To Attend A Seminar, The Entrance Gate & Spare Space Is Covered With Beautiful Plants & Saplings. In Morning I Had Super Tasty Breakfast Which Was Served In BIO-DEGRADABLE Plates & Cups, Which I Liked The Most. Working Staffs Were Polite & Helpful. The Conference Hall Was Clean & Tidy. Lunch Was Delicious. The Location Is Very Close To Gate Way Of India. Had A Great Time!
