The front lawn of this old palace (constructed in 1929), is used for marriage purpose. Not maintained considering its back ground. Stray dogs enter the venue and even dining areas. Space is adequate and suitable for social functions. They need to plan it and make things little more systematic including proper rest rooms.
Palace is good, however there is no neatness maintained. Very untidy. Staff please have a look into the feedback and improve the tidiness.
At the outset, service personnels of the Hotel are extremely welcoming and nice. They make you feel invited; even the person at the reception. Now what actually remains the set back is the locality where this Hotel is stationed inter alia the parking issue. The rooms are clean and they are ofc equipped with every amenity one can desire for. They offer valet at the entrance who serve you nicely. They are perfectly alright at hospitality.
