I have a long story to tell ..There are 3 bad experiences with the gym: 1) It's a congested gym. Especially during evening it gets really crowded. 2) I was a beginner I didn't know Anything about any equipment but I thought the trainers will help me out... on my first day a trainer told me "AAPKO TOH KUCH NAHI AATA MAM PT LAGA LIJIYE" I was demotivated. 3) I wore a top which was a bit short but not too short. The female trainers gave me a judgemental look and they together came upto me and said like a school pt teacher that guys look at you and all it's not a good thing. In short all they want is to keep standing and judge you unless you opt for a personal trainer.
