This property is located at the stone throw distance from Delo Park. Outside view from mountain view rooms in the new building is unmatched. Rooms are very clean and well decorated. I still remember the mouthwatering taste of the chilli pork they served in the evening!

Very good hospitality from the Hotel. Had a great time with family. We got Kanchenjunga view everyday. However they need to add more food items in their Buffet Breakfast. Options are very limited.

Had been here for lunch. The tibetian gyathuk here is very good. Chicken fried rice is also good but not as good as gyathuk. The view from this place is really nice, especially when you go to the terrace. You get a glimpse of Mt Kanchenjunga from the retreat.

Wonderful location, view and rooms. Amenities are also good. Restaurant timings are a bit restricted and night there are no nearby places to eat as well. Food orders need to be given early. But taste of food and service is really good. Breakfast spread is also good. Not buffet, but they serve the options you choose hot.

Yuru Retreat is a great place for holiday This place is located near the Delo park. we are geting beautiful and magnificent view of mount Kanchanjunga from the balcony of our room. The hotel staffs specially Mr Dhanraj and Mr Able are very nice helpful and cooperative persons .we are very much pleased for there hospitality.

I have been there for twice, 2022 and 2023 with family, it is located amids nature,chirping of birds, the view of majestic kanchenzonga from room , balcony ,terrace, the sudden clouds covering you and everything, the view of teesta , small hamlets, beautiful flora and fauna surrounding hotel fascinated me. They also very much keen to preserve local handicrafts, special counter can be seen. The spacious well furnished rooms, wooden floor , cleaniliness, the discipline overall, the excellent staff behavior, specially Dhanraajji and Mr Abel are very helpful ,cooperative and efficient in their job. The age old chef and his team, their attempt to perfection is always noteworthy. Last but not the least the mighty Kanchenzonga ,sunrise and sunset is also a plus point for the executive rooms. I wish best of luck for them for their further prosperity .

Well Yuru Retreat is hanging somewhere between a hotel and a homestay. It's located in a calm quiet place. The service is little slow. Rooms are clean but the electronic kettles in the room needs proper hygienic cleaning. It has got uninterrupted mountain View from balcony above. The food we ordered was quite good. All in all its a great place to stay at.

The rooms were all nice and clean, the location was also good, but the service was not good. First when we arrived they kept us waiting in the lobby for more than an hour because the room wasn't prepared and then the last day we book a cab from the hotel to drop us at train station and the cab came almost 2 hours late. Not the best experience. The food served in their restaurant was also average.
