I am writing to you in response to your reply to my review of your restaurant. I am disappointed that you have accused me of being rude to your staff. I assure you that this was not the case. I understand that you are upset that I gave your restaurant a negative review. However, I believe that my review was fair and accurate. I ordered a takeaway pizza from your restaurant, and it was uncooked. I called your restaurant to report the problem, they asked me to send a picture of the pizza, which I did. After I sent the picture, the staff member told me that they would give me a replacement pizza. I was told to come to the restaurant to get a replacement. When I arrived at the restaurant, I was initially refused a replacement by the staff member who was on duty. After some discussion, the manager came over and apologized for the inconvenience. He gave me a replacement pizza, but I was not happy with the way the situation was handled. I am concerned that there is a lack of coordination between your staff members. When I arrived at the restaurant, the staff member who was on duty refused to give me a replacement. This suggests that there was a lack of communication between the two staff members. I am disappointed that my experience at your restaurant was not positive. I hope that you will take my feedback into consideration and make changes to improve your food quality and customer service.

It was very nice food very clean store and olso prices are very good not to high and I have grate time with my family and it's family restaurant so we all love it very much I highly recommended to go at yumminos pizza station road Siwan love it all food great test and best service very nice staff and service and thank you

Pizza itself was good didn't try other stuff but my cousin enjoyed Mojito drink. They give a lot of sauce, chilli flakes and oregano very generous. Wait time is quite long make sure to keep yourself entertained. Pricing is good for the portion, would recommend non-veg pizza meanwhile burgers and veg pizza is what I am not sure of while it comes to price-portion. The guy at the counter is slow in taking orders cause he is busy with his phone. (Just what I experienced at 9pm) The place needs some pest control I saw a lot of insects and lizards. I don't want them anywhere near my food. PS: Would've increased my stars to 4-5 if the cashier was polite and the place was cleaner

I would give four star though overall experience was decent but french fries was very salty and less in quantity. I like the mojito drink Watch Full Video on YouTube Channel name (Real Sajid)

Pizza from go69 Pizza is much more better than domino's. delivery is very good. All the very best go69 Pizza siwan. I will suggest others to go for go69, best thing was that quality was not compromised. % satisfaction.

This choco lava cake insisted me to give one more star.. It has all my heart Probably the best choco lava cake found in "TOWN" Otherwise i would've given 2-3 stars

Pizza of go69 pizza are tremendous ,and the service is also awsm don't order from any other platform like swiggy and zomato as the rate increase while ordering from these platform (cheese burger whose inhouse price is 69 will cost you 100 if you buy from swiggy and zomato) instead directly order from them.(also I would like to suggest them to please have a good atm kiosk machine as I was trying to order my food using my icici food card I wasn't able to order as they only have Paytm kiosk )
