Horrible. The infrastructure is horrible. No hygiene. The towels had stains. An ideal expectations of visiting a spa is to have calm atmosphere. Here there is constant noise, with stark lights and no soft music. The therapist was highly mediocre. Focus was to finish the massage on time rather than on pressure points. Overall I wouldn't recommend this place. Feel like my money has gone down the drain.
I booked an appointment at Yuan Thai spa after a very tiring vacation. I thought the spa experience will help reduce my fatigue and tiredness. I entered the spa - it was really unkept and the help desk was also not very courteous. My masseuse was trying to hold a conversation the entire time where I just wanted to relax. She kept checking the time frequently. Even the pressure points that she applied gave me serious body pains the next day. Overall the experience was very bad. The only good thing was the green tea which you can purchase from the store and skip this spa experience altogether.

Therapists are very nice, friendly but place is dirty and massages between therapists are not the same for the same type of massage, also they do not respect the time, they will rob you of few minutes every time. Toilets are horrible and need maintenance, flush not working, dirty underwear's lying in the toilet.
I visited these branch second time but trust the experience was such good they need renevition but trust me they have good staff I will refer more as I can to my friend they have package offer but they give discount also n normal I will give 5 star will recommend more as I can
