Location is very good. And the building is also very well maintained but in the 106 dometry room bathroom all showers are not working , flush tank not working and some fans are not working. There is a lot of garbage on the road outside the building, so please I request you. That this garbage should be removed by speaking to JDA so that the pride and passion of this beautiful building remains.
Very economical and accessible accommodation for tourists and students alike. While there's nothing to write about the service, the warden is friendly. 24x7 security is available. The kitchen and dining mess are not operational at the moment. Booking has to be done over the counter, and rooms are available most of the time. An AC single room is about 800 Rs only. The hostel usually won't allow booking for more than 3 days at a stretch.
The location is inside the city,whereas tourist locations are on the outskirts, clean and hygiene rooms and restrooms. Spacious and good place for exam preparation. Do visit the roof top restuarant and enjoy the place.

Cheap and good to stay if you are on a budget travel. Located within the city so pretty easily accessible via bus, cabs. There are different rooms as well as dorms available and could be used as per your need. However there are some rules and regulations regarding the stay at the hostel like you can't stay more than 2 or 3 days. Blankets are provided along with the rooms. Overall, okay place to stay.
We were supposed to stay here in our group, which included our teachers and classmates, as we were on our college excursion. They had accepted advance payment for our stay but when we went there, the youth hostel was under construction and completely unfit for staying. "Precisely, we were cheated." Anyone thinking of staying here, make sure that you don't get fooled like us. Rest it seemed to be a good place to stay just that it was under renovation at that particular time.
It was a great experience there .and low cost also For exams and all it is great.
