Well maintained and very clean, it's a real hard core Gym for those people who transform their body. The owner of Youth gym Mr. Debakar chakraborty (dada) is a very polite and gentle man. Forcefully recommend from my side thank you
Any health and fitness concerned people would love this place. It has most of the basic gym equipment and some for your exercise requirements. Equipments are pretty old and tattered but in full working condition and maintained. Ambience of the place is pretty light hearted yet enthusiastic. Trainer socializes and instructs every step when needed and modifies regimen as needed. The gym is a bit crowded with equipments though , so time to time you have to leap over, or duck below to reach to your next exercises, otherwise it's an excellent place for beginners and gym-veterans both
